Oh where are my manners? Let me introduce myself…
Namaste! Hey all, Let me first say I appreciate you even taking the time to read this. My name is Danielle or Dani. I am orignally from San Diego, but currently live on a little island in South Carolina.
Kindness is very important to me. I try to be kind whenever possible, and yes, it is always possible. I love to volunteer, and do so whenever I can. Every summer I make it my goal to go somewhere else and volunteer, like this year I traveled to Belize. I am also involved in my schools interact club, where I am given the opprutunity to volunteer in my community. I feel that volunteering or helping others, isn’t just a kind gesture but an obligation that you have to do for living on this wonderful planet.
I love learning about cultures, and even more so their beliefs and way of life. Though, I dont have a claimed religion. I believe in all sorts of things, and I dont think labels are important. To be honest, I believe no religion is 100% right or wrong, but instead they all have some truth, and if we could set aside our differences we would realize that they are sort of like a puzzle with each one have a piece to unlock a greater picture. I don’t need a church or a temple, that is what my body is for. I don’t need a preacher that is what my mind is for. I dont need a defined religion, that is what my heart and soul is for.
